Renee Parker-Weatherby has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resource programs, practices, and initiatives. Renee served for 26 years in the US Army (Retired Combat Veteran). She has been recognized for developing and implementing innovative solutions, as a motivational speaker and mentor. She is an expert in organizational development, strategic planning, diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) and executive coaching/training. Renee has a BS Multidisciplinary Studies, Master of Science in Law, and an Executive Juris Doctorate degree in Law.

Danielle brings has more than 30 years financial services experience with a proven track record of successfully overcoming complex business challenges for Fortune 500 Companies. She has successfully built and led large operations teams, strategic initiatives, process optimization and transformation, global sourcing, and new product implementation and integrations. John has over 20 years of management experience spanning across hospitality, operations, business services and solutions, financial and banking. He holds both Bachelor of Science (Information Technology, Information Systems Security) and Bachelor of Arts (Communication) degrees, creatively applying these skills to meet the demands of the modern digital world while maintaining an acute focus on people and ensuring their successful navigation and utilization of technologies. Kendra has 25 years’ experience starting and leading Small Business Administration (SBA) guaranteed lending programs. Prior to Integro, she has led regional community banks located throughout the midwest and southeast Florida regions, serving small business communities in garnering access to capital through a variety of government lending programs. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association.
Rick is a retired Chief Risk Officer of a re-capitalized Byline Bank, former Assistant Deputy Comptroller of the OCC regulatory agency chartering new banks, previously served on the Board of Directors of a De Novo bank in organization and as a Board and Audit committee member of a Credit Union. Rick has an MBA degree from the University of Wisconsin.

DR. BEVERLY BROWNING
Dr. Browning is a founder of 15 small businesses, founder of a women’s business incubator, famous published author of 40+ books, developer and trainer of a non-profit Board of Director boot camp, instructor and has a passion for helping small business and non-profits with RFP and Grant Writing proposals as a means of pursuing increased revenues and growth.
Kevin is a Partner at Newport LLC a CEO advisory firm for privately held businesses and Fintechs. Previously, he held roles as Head of Global Strategy at State Street, SVP at Bank of America, MD at Accenture and Chief Revenue Officer at Fintech Telemet America. He has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Cordell is a farmer, investor, small utility scale photovoltaic plant developer and real estate developer who has a BS degree in real estate from Arizona State University. He has owned or been a principal in many successful small business ventures over the years including broadcasting (President of radio station, journalist, sports play by play and on air talent), student housing management, fitness centers, retail culinary meal prep businesses (Create, Carry, Cook), real estate valuation and consulting services.
DR. KATHLEEN BULLOCK
Dr. Bullock is the former President of Fidelity National Title Agency (Fortune-500 Insurer) and Owner of Above Board Consulting. She worked at the FDIC/RTC Phoenix office during a banking crisis, the Arizona’s Governor’s office and the US Army Chief of Staff for Personnel and Administration. She serves on community non-profit boards. Kathleen enjoys positions as an adjunct professor and was recruited to initiate the Innovative Leadership program. Kathleen has an earned Doctorate in Management degree from Northcentral University, Masters’ from Golden State University, and a Bachelor’s in Business from University of Maryland.
Nathan Cabbil is Founder and COO of Revitalize Partners, a private equity firm. He previously held VP, SVP, and EVP/Officer positions at Republic Services. A senior operations executive with over 25 years of experience, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University, and is an alumnus of the GE Manufacturing Management Program and GE Corporate Audit Staff. Nathan has served as a Board Member of various non-profit and community organizations and was recently appointed to the Wayne State University, College of Engineering, Industrial Advisory Board.
David is the Founder and CEO of Assured Strategy, a strategic coaching firm assisting small businesses break through the growth barriers to the mid stage. He started, grew and sold five companies including a CPA Firm he started after working with Arthur Andersen where he successfully took 5 companies public. David received his BS from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Gary was an executive with Chase Bank of Arizona, Old Kent Mortgage Company, Pacific Republic Mortgage, GMAC Bank and Assistant Director for Asset Resolution for FDIC/RTC Phoenix office. A retired 37 year Arizona banking veteran, he has a business degree from Arizona State University and is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.
Sharon Hwang is a Partner at MSP Sports Capital. Most recently, she has served as Chief Operating Officer at the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, a public-private partnership representing Maricopa County, 22 municipalities, and over 170 companies across Greater Phoenix. She has worked at several institutional investment and finance firms, including Turner Impact Capital, Watershed Asset Management, and Lehman Brothers. Hwang is a graduate of Yale University and attended the joint MBA/MA program at Wharton UPenn and SAIS Johns Hopkins.
Janice is CEO of SassyLass Inc. She previously held roles as President of Sales & Marketing at Plexus Worldwide, Chief Marketing Officer at WorldVentures Holdings, Chief Brand Officer at ViSalus, Chief Marketing Officer at JAFRA, Executive Director at Astra Zeneca and executive roles at Amway. She has a BA from the University of Strathclyde.
Susan is a former Promontory Financial Group financial services consultant, where she focused on corporate governance and board advisory services. Previously, Susan retired from the Comptroller of the Currency as Director of Retail Credit Policy. She interrupted her career to serve as Chief Compliance Officer for Sears National Bank and Sears Credit. She has an MBA from Kent State University and a BA in business and economics from Mercer University.

Stephen is an Arizona-based small business owner with 30+ years of experience in accounting, finance and banking. He previously served as CFO of OneWest Bank, a purchaser of several distressed banks, CFO of Countrywide Bank, and Partner at Deloitte & Touche where he served the financial services industry. He has a BS in accounting degree from Southeast Missouri State University.

He was previously with C L King and Associates and its affiliate Paradigm Capital Management. He also worked at KeyCorp for 20 years including a role as President of KeyCorp’s Trust and Investment Management Group. John is a board member of The Goldman Sachs Philanthropy Fund, The Ayco Charitable Foundation and the Walthausen Funds. He has a BS degree from Union College.

Charl is the Owner and Managing Director of Supporting Strategies providing a range of outsourced CFO, Controller, and Bookkeeping services to growing businesses. His 25+ years of experience includes serving as CFO of the Mahoney Group, Director of Finance at KB Home, and Senior Auditor with RSM and Deloitte & Touche.
